Create an incident report similar to the one in the Writing at Work section
of Chapter 6. The incident report should incorporate a topic sentence, major
details, minor details, transition words/phrases/sentences, and a concluding
sentence. The incident report should be 1 to 3 paragraphs of 10-12 sentences
each. Set up your incident report in MLA format, including but not limited to
the following: heading, header, font, spacing, title, indentation. Review the
MLA Document Setup folder's resources for help. Since this is an incident
report, you may use bullets, and bulleted information may be sentence fragments
(no other sentence fragments are acceptable).
Grading and Rubric:
Writing Assignment 3 will be graded based on several criteria using the
rubric below.
Topic Sentence
